Dario Giuseppe Squeri started his business in the tomato industry in 1934. He built a factory for the production of tomato concentrate and peeled tomatoes. The first products were marketed using the brand Corona which was used also for the first exports.In 1953 S.C.A.C. (Società Conserve Alimentari Corradi) was taken over and the products started being marketed under the brand Due fagiani, which is still the most important product range of the company.Product differentiation started in the 80s and marked a shift to the use of new technologies for the processing of tomato pulp. The establishment of Steriltom in 1992 laid emphasis on the trend to innovation which has characterized the entrepreneurial strategies of the Squeri family. The company covers an area of 100,000 square meters where aseptic technology used for the production of tomato pulp has become a distinguishing mark.The position acquired by our company on international markets contributed to consolidating the company image, making it a reference point for both the food and catering industries.
